JOHN S. GLEASON - President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Gleason is the President and CEO of the Company, which he founded in 2002. The company’s success is a result of his vast experience in commercial aviation along with his commitment to CCI’s relationships.

Prior to founding CCI, Mr. Gleason was President and CEO of Kellstrom Commercial Aircraft, Inc. from 1995-2001. He and his staff managed a $150,000,000. commercial aircraft and engine lease portfolio. He also managed the aircraft and engine trading programs of Kellstrom Industries, Inc. The assets included Boeing 727, 737, and 747 aircraft; DC9 and DC10 aircraft; PW 4000 engines; Pratt & Whitney JT8D and JT9D engines; CFM56 engines; Rolls Royce RB-211 engines; GE CF6-50 and -80 series engines. He also served on the Board of Directors of Kellstrom.

From 1986-1995 Mr. Gleason served as Vice President and Shareholder of International Aircraft Support, Inc. (“IASI”) where he was responsible for the acquisition, sales and leasing of jet engines, and the procurement of commercial jet aircraft and jet engine parts inventory consignment arrangements.

Prior to 1986, he served as Managing Partner of a Public Accounting Firm and as CFO of a computer software firm. He holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
